LAF Note: You know what I miss most about Friday? TGIF and Boy Meets World. Wasn’t that the best? Popcorn and friends, talking about how adorable Shawn was.  Anyway – on to my male and female recommendation for #followfriday for those on Twitter.

Johnny Bravo of the Week: David Spinks, @davidspinks

Whenever I think of this guy, I think *rockstar* *awesome* *intelligent* *innovative.* Plus, if I could be a cartoon character, I would be JB – he has great hair. I picked Dave this week for several reasons. Although he is graduating this weekend, I have never been challenged more by a PR student. He doesn’t know this, but I actually printed out an e-mail he sent me because I was so impressed with how professional it was. It currently hangs in my cube as a reminder that there are dedicated, hard-working students out there – especially when I get terribly written e-mails. Betty of the Week: Chevis English, @chevis

I love the Archie comics – and Betty was always the one I wanted to be. Chevis is currently in grad school and interning at the same place I did as an undergrad. The quality of people that Moroch picks as their employees is top notch, so you’d be a fool not to follow her. She handles multiple Twitter accounts for clients, and is one of the nicest people I know. She posts interesting PR articles, cool discounts at local places, and is a big supporter of Paws in the City. Chevis is a smart PR professional who I really think will go far in this field – kindness goes a long way, and she hits it out of the park.

So, there you have it. Two people you should follow this week – they come LAF recommended.
