Contributors
LAF has two regular contributors besides principal blogger Laura Fernandex. The two contributors will blog bi-weekly on topics related to public relations, the workplace and social media.
Katie Wall
Katie Wall is a 2009 graduate of The University of North Carolina where she studied Public Relations and Creative Writing.
She has worked with two of the largest public relations firms in the world, Fleishman-Hillard and MS&L Worldwide, on brands ranging from The Home Depot, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Nike, Krispy Kreme and McCormick & Schmick’s. Her strengths include media writing and pitching, creative idea development, event management and networking. Katie also serves as chair of the Atlanta Chapter for the UNC Young Alumni Council.
In her free time Katie enjoys playing soccer, going to concerts, video editing, baking, singing and arranging a cappella music. She can be found on Twitter @goktgo. She hopes to one day write children’s books and open a bakery.

Scott Bishop
Scott Bishop is a 2001 graduate from Bradley University with a degree in Marketing. His professional career began in sales but he was able to make a leap to his true passion, marketing, while working for FranklinCovey in their downtown Chicago office. His business-to-consumer marketing skills were honed further at McGrawHill while working as a Marketing Manager juggling several multimillion dollar product lists.
His greatest strengths lie in strategy, brand development, and community building. He is co-founder of Social Media Breakfast – Chicago and writes regularly at his marketing blog (www.RealTimeMarketer.com) and also at (www.Untemplater.com).
